• 8mg is generally suitable for someone who uses nicotine regularly and likes a medium strength nicotine option.
• 14mg is more likely to satisfy if you have have tried medium strength pouches and are looking for a higher strength.

1. Take a pouch from the can and place it between your gum and lip. The Kulu team prefer to position it far back.
2. Allow the pouch to rest in that position, and as the nicotine is gradually released, you will begin to feel its effects.
3. After ca 40 min, remove and discard the pouch in the top lid of the can, or in a bin.

Please dispose your empty cans in a recycling bin in compliance with your local recycling rules.

• Product must be unopened, intact and returned to us in good condition.

Once we have received your return as per our terms, we will issue a full refund for your order.
