Allow the pouch to rest in that position, and as the nicotine is gradually released, you will begin to feel its effects.
After ca 40 min, remove and discard the pouch in the top lid of the can, or in a bin.
Please dispose your empty cans in a recycling bin in compliance with your local recycling rules.

Product must be unopened, intact and returned to us in good condition.
